STOP What You Are Doing

STOP what you are doing right now. Sit up straight and take a deep breath. Remove your tongue from the roof of your mouth, unclench your jaw and relax your shoulders. Close your eyes and just breath for one second.

Self-care is always preached to us. We are told make sure you are taking care of yourself. Make sure you get enough sleep, workout regularly, eat right and don’t forget to call your mom. Do things that help you relax like take a bath, read a book, or get a massage.

I don’t know about you but I work full-time, have 2 young kids and a busy schedule. My job is nowhere near as important or as stressful as the life of an administrator so I can’t imagine you all just taking time to do these things either. So my challenge for you right now is to do something simple. Like taking a deep breath, listing 3 things you are grateful for today and go fill that coffee cup. Keep up the good work everyone.
